What is our shipping and returns policy?

Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping for all orders via DHL. We currently do not offer express shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping confirmation contains a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 EUR return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.

I broke my Tibia head in March. When I was able to start walking, with a brace, I ordered the shoes in a wide to accommodate for the swelling, and to help me balance. They were to narrow! So, I called them, and they did an exchange for an extra wide at no extra cost. It fits perfectly! The added insoles made the other shoe fit as well! The Stroll even looks nice enough to wear to church. Now that I no longer need the brace, my leg is still swelling, but the confort, satability, and good looks are still there in rhe Stroll. Really glad to have a comfortable shoe that is stylish enough for the office. I wear this with business casual outfits and suits.
I ordered wide, which is good for the majority of my foot - but I wish it had a wider toe box. If I ordered extra wide to achieve that, though, the rest of my foot would slip around.
