Shipping Policy

Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping on all orders via DHL (Latvia and Lithuania: free shipping on orders over €250, otherwise €15).

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking link. 

Return Policy

Germany & Austria:

We accept returns within 14 days from the purchase date. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. If you have any questions, please contact: cseu@orthofeet.com.

France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg & Netherlands:

We accept returns within 14 days from the purchase date. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. If you have any questions, please contact: cseu@orthofeet.com.

Note: The processing of your return and refund is handled automatically and typically takes 1–3 business days. Please do not additionally register your return with Klarna or send a separate cancellation notice.

Other Countries:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Right of Withdrawal Notice

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Orthofeet GmbH, Rather Bungert 7, 50859 Cologne, Germany, cseu@orthofeet.com, Telephone: +49 (0) 0800 11 12 1984) by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
