Shipping Policy

Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping on all orders via DHL.

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation includes a link for shipment tracking.

 

Return Policy

Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. The return shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.

Note: Processing your return and issuing the refund is automatic and usually takes 1–3 business days. Please do not additionally register your return with Klarna or send a separate cancellation notice.

Other Countries:

The cost of return shipping must be borne by the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Orthofeet GmbH, Rather Bungert 7, 50859 Cologne, Germany, Michael.Schmitz@orthofeet.com, Phone: +49 151 46676631) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to TCL Consulting (Bruggestrasse 45, 79224 Umkirch, Germany) without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
