Shipping Policy
Orthofeet GmbH ships all orders via DHL. Free shipping is available for select EU countries. For all other countries, free shipping applies on orders of 250€ or above, otherwise a shipping fee of 15€ applies. Please refer to the table below for the exact costs per country.
At this time, we do not offer express shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking link.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount — please refer to the table below for the exact costs per country. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at cseu@orthofeet.com. Please do not return any items without first contacting customer service — we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Note: Please do not additionally register your return with Klarna or submit a separate cancellation notice.

Right of Withdrawal Notice
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Electronic Withdrawal via our Online Form (Revoq)
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically directly on our website using our secure, automated withdrawal portal, powered by Revoq. This option is continuously available to both registered account holders and guest buyers without requiring a store login.
To use this function:
● Step 1: Click the link labeled "Withdraw from Contract Here". The withdrawal function is continuously and easily accessible from every page of our website.
● Step 2: On the form page, provide your Name, Email Address, and Order Reference Number to verify your purchase.
● Step 3: Click the final "Confirm Withdrawal" button to instantly submit your declaration.
Immediate Confirmation: Once your request is submitted through our form, our system will automatically transmit an immediate acknowledgment of receipt to your email address on a durable medium. This confirmation will contain the exact date, time, and full summary content of your digital withdrawal.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Returning the Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Bergen Logistics, Im Lekkerland 4, Orthofeet GmbH, Unit 9, 46147 Oberhausen without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
● Cost of Returns: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For returns from Germany and Austria, we provide a prepaid return label. A return shipping fee of €5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, we provide a prepaid return label. A return shipping fee of €10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our Returns Policy.
● Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
