After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping confirmation contains a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 EUR return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.
