What is our shipping and returns policy?

Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping for all orders via DHL. We currently do not offer express shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping confirmation contains a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 EUR return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.

So easy to slip on! Just as advertised

The shoes run big so I would advise 1/2 size smaller. The extra insert helps with the fit. The shoes are comfortable and provide good support. The do however squeak when I walk. The foam insert squeaks as it rubs against the heel part of the shoe. I'm experimenting with different materials as a separator but so far it only minimizes the sound.

I bought these because I have bad feet and knees and I am going to Europe for 2 weeks and did not want to look like the typical American with gym shoes. They are extremely comfortable. I am still unsure about the style but he comfort is worth it. I did find that after a couple hours on my feet my toes felt pinched forward. It could be because I have the arch support orthotic installed. All in all though they are a keeper.
