Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping for all orders via DHL. We currently do not offer express shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping confirmation contains a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 EUR return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.

I donâ€™t know how I discovered orthofeet but it was a long time ago. The heel strap makes the best shoe in the world for me. Canâ€™t use any other shoes. Sanibel was my only shoe for years! Switched to Laguna for the color heel strap of course!

I was excited about this shoe i went camping in hot tempts hoping it would help with heat. It did well with heat and if i did casual walking they were very comfy. But i went hiking in tbis shoe and walked alot. My little toe would rub on the last hole and i got runners toe whicu may have happened with any shoe. If i were to wear them causally they were comfy but i used them alot and it irritated my toes.
