Orthofeet GmbH offers free shipping for all orders via DHL. We currently do not offer express shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping confirmation contains a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns with pre-printed labels included in the box. A €5 EUR return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be refunded.
